Your ticket is valid for Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018 only. You are advised to check your ticket upon receipt. Please read these terms and conditions, as your purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to these.
No tickets will be refunded unless the organisers cancel Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018 completely, in which case only the face value of the ticket shall be refunded.
If you have purchased a workshop/presentation and are unable to attend, we shall offer to resell your tickets on our booking system but due to administration costs shall only offer a 50% refund following the end of the festival.
If some elements or part of the event is cancelled, Loch Ness Knit Fest Ltd reserves the right to offer a pro-rata refunds accordingly but is not obliged to.
If Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018 is cancelled, Loch Ness Knit Fest Ltd shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the ticket holder including but not limited to: accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.
Tickets are for Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018. Loch Ness Knit Fest Ltd will use their best endeavours to present the programme as advertised, but the programme running order, workshops, presentations or any other part of Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018 are subject to change.
Should one or more workshop/presentation cancel, Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018 will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.
Purchase of this ticket and/or its presentation at the event signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions set by Loch Ness Knit Fest Ltd
Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018 which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
Neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than caused as a result of our negligence or that of the venue or other breach of statutory duty.
Conditions of Admission
The management of the Venue reserves the right to refuse Ticket holders admission to the Venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.
The management of the Venue also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, the Venue may remove a Ticket holder who:
1) has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or
2) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or
3) in the reasonable opinion of the Venue is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or
4) fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age.
You must comply with instructions and directions given by Venue staff and stewards.
No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.
By attending Loch Ness Knit Fest 2018, Ticket holders consent to filming and possible sound recording of themselves as members of the event. The Promoter may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.
Ticket holders shall not bring into the Venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing material’s.
